Conor O’Donovan

Conor O’Donovan is a co-founder of Village Rebuild, bringing deep experience in real estate investing, capital markets, and scaling real estate operating companies. At Village Rebuild, he oversees investment structuring and the integration of development and construction, aligning capital, design, and execution to deliver high-quality homes that preserve the integrity of the Palisades community. Prior to founding Village Rebuild, Conor was an investment professional on the real assets team at ICONIQ Capital, a family office managing approximately $100 billion in assets under management, where he focused on scaling real estate platforms and supporting long-term investment strategies. He began his career at Goldman Sachs, working on acquisition, development, and asset management initiatives for the firm’s real estate equity investments. Conor later joined Eastdil Secured’s multifamily practice, where he advised on single-asset and portfolio equity sales, joint venture equity raises, recapitalizations, and municipal bond transactions. Over the course of his career, Conor has executed more than $8 billion in real estate transactions spanning multifamily, industrial, and office properties. Conor holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Loyola Marymount University
Dylan Hart
Partner, Village Rebuild
Dylan Hart is a co-founder of Village Rebuild, where he brings real estate private equity and development expertise alongside a deeply personal commitment to the Pacific Palisades community. Born and raised in the Palisades, Dylan offers local insight and a disciplined investment perspective in support of the firm’s mission to preserve the character of the neighborhood for generations to come. At Village Rebuild, he leads an approach centered on long-term stewardship, close collaboration with homeowners, and thoughtful coordination with key stakeholders to ensure rebuilding efforts strengthen the community as a whole. Dylan began his career at Caruso Affiliated, where he worked on the redevelopment of Palisades Village and the development of the Rosewood Miramar Beach hotel. He later joined Subversive REIT LP, where he helped found and raise $225 million for a cannabis-focused real estate platform. Most recently, Dylan served as Vice President of Acquisitions at Avenue Capital Group, a global investment firm with approximately $12 billion in assets under management, leading transactions across retail, hospitality, multifamily, and office sectors and partnering with afamily office to revitalize a key retail corridor in East Los Angeles. Dylan earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate from New York University and an MBA fromColumbia Business School. He also serves as a Pacific Palisades neighborhood Block Captain
